Sareytales and The Art of Online Dating: Turning tragic text messages from dating apps into fearless and thought-provoking works of contemporary art. Using design, humor and personal insight, Sareytales hopes to increase awareness to the online dating cyber-bullying culture.

Combining my passion for art and design with a portfolio of dating fiascos that would rival most, Sareytales transform the creepy, cruel and more often than not obscene messages I receive on dating apps such as Plenty of Fish, OKCupid, Match, Bumble, Tinder and Jdate into works of art. 

What began as a fun little project of crafting clever designs from cruel words has turned into something much larger. Sareytales has since evolved into a platform which empowers other women to stand up to the online bullying, anti-semitism and cyber-sexual harassment culture of online-dating. Sareytales is turning ugly into art, one text at a time.
