Poetry Reading by Farida D.
I was introduced to Farida’s work on Instagram many months ago and felt an instant connection to her words. They are raw, powerful, painful and true. I would describe her poetry as deeply human, vulnerable and powerfully understated. She is a masterful conductor of truths. I was so honored to have this incredible woman share her voice with me for a special reading of her poem “Fairytales”. It was the perfect way to bring to a close the first season of "Once Upon a Feminist”. Thank you deeply, Farida.
